Our main strength at Filinet is the exclusivity of our affiliate network.  We screen both affiliates and advertisers before they are accepted.  This allows us to offer the highest payouts and best converting offers to our affiliates, as it ensures that our advertisers will receive true, qualified leads and sales.

Before your affiliate application is accepted we ask that you adhere to the following policies:

	You must reside in either USA or Canada.  Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis.
	Incentivized sites must clearly state that they are incentive-based in the application.
	Emailers and newsletter publishers must adhere to CAN SPAM act of 2003 and Filinet's Anti SPAM policies.
	Emailers must also use double opt-in collection methods.
	You must have a valid social security number or FEI number and send in a completed W9 or W8 (Canada residents).
	You must have a valid phone number where an affiliate manager may reach you to confirm your application and ask any pertinent questions.

We take fraud and SPAM very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy.  Any affiliate found to be submitting fraudulent transactions or using SPAM to promote our offers will be removed from the network immediately and reported on our fraud or spammer list.
