How
can I qualify for your affiliate program?
Monetizeit.net is
selective about the types of affiliates we accept in order to meet our high
standards of service for both our affiliates and advertisers.

Incentive sites
must specify that they are incentive based affiliates via the
signup form.

Email list
owners (i.e. newsletter publishers) must adhere to CAN-SPAM
and use opt-in only methods of acquiring their addresses.

Affiliates must
supply a W-9 for tax purposes.
By
making sure that we communicate with our affiliates and advertisers about the
offers and advertiser restrictions, we are able to pass higher payouts on to
our affiliates. Our focus is not on quantity of affiliates but quality. The
same goes for the offers we carry. We would rather carry 50 amazing offers that
convert very well versus 500 with only 3 good converters.
If
you are interested in joining the network, simply fill out the information on
the affiliate application, and you will be either approved or contacted for
more details about your site or distribution methods.
Are there any fees or costs to join Monetizeit.net?
There
are no costs involved in becoming a Monetizeit.net affiliate or advertisers. There is
simply an approval process to ensure sure that our advertiser's offers perform
well and our affiliates adhere to our terms and conditions.
Do
you support a referral program (tiers)?
Yes, you can
earn commission on the earnings of affiliates whom you refer to Monetizeit.net. The
breakdown is as follows:

You make 3% of your referred affiliate's gross revenue for the entire time you
are a Monetizeit.net affiliate.

You can run reports to show the revenue based on referred (2nd tier)
affiliates.
An affiliate is a "reseller". Someone visits your site or reads your email
newsletter, and they click a link to an offer and complete a purchase or submit
their contact information to an advertiser. Depending on the offer and the
advertiser, you will be paid a commission on either the sale or the lead
(information submitted). Commissions can range from 40 cents to $500 depending
on the offer you choose to promote.

What
types of sites do you accept in your network?
Any
site can be accepted into our network as long as they adhere to our terms and
conditions. We do not tolerate SPAM, nor do we accept known spammers into our
site.
What's
the minimum web site traffic requirement?
A qualified web site should receive around 1,000 unique visitors per month.
What
do all these acronyms stand for? CPM, CPC, CPA
CPC:
Cost per Click
If
you are paid 50 cents per click and the banner you are showing on your site
received 500 clicks, then you will be paid $250.00
CPA: Cost per Acquisition, an acquisition can be a sale or lead.
If
you place a banner on your site for a mortgage loan that pays $20.00 CPA (for
every lead), and 10 people who visit your website click on that link and fill
out the application, then you will be paid $200.00
CPM:
Cost per thousand impressions
If
you place a banner on a site that charges $5 CPM, then you would pay $5 for
every thousand times it is viewed. If the banner is viewed 10,000 times in one
month, you will pay $50.00
Currently,
Monetizeit.net only pays on a CPA basis.
When
are my account's statistics updated?
Your
statistics are real-time. This means that you can log in, anytime, 24/7 to
review your statistics. And for those of you running PPC campaigns, this means

When
do I get paid?
Monetizeit.net pays
Affiliates on a NET 15-day basis from the end of each calendar month. Payments
will be sent provided your account has reached a minimum of $25.00 in accrued
revenues. Accounts with a balance of less than $25.00 will roll over to the
next month. Unlike other networks who boast prompt payments as a unique added
feature, Monetizeit.net treats this as a standard of good service and not a special
item. We pay on time, period.
What
is your minimum payment policy?
$25.00 is the
minimum amount that needs to be generated from your account before we issue a
check. Amounts below $25.00 will be rolled over to the next pay period.

Do
I need a Social Security Number or Tax ID number in order to participate in
your network?
Yes, if you are a US
citizen or US based company, you will need to supply your Federal Tax ID
Number. You will also need to submit a W-9 form.
Can
I participate if I reside outside the United States?
Yes.
Monetizeit.net accepts advertisers and affiliates from almost every country. If you
are an advertiser and would like to discuss opportunities in select markets
and/or languages, please contact advertiser@filinet.com
with your request.

How
does Monetizeit.net prevent fraud?
Fraud
is taken very seriously here at Monetizeit.net, and our technology is in a continually
evolving state to detect and deal with fraud attempts. IPs, click frequency and
many other statistics are constantly monitored and dealt with immediately. If
you feel that click fraud, SPAM, SPIM or any other form of internet fraud is
being carried out by an affiliate or advertiser, please report them immediately
to fraudalert@filinet.com and the
matter will be investigated. Fraud results in losing membership privileges and
being blocked from access to Monetizeit.net's services.
What
kind of support do you offer?
Customer
service is our priority. Monetizeit.net has a dedicated and knowledgeable affiliate
services team that answers emails and phone calls from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. Visit our contact page for more
information.
If
you are a registered affiliate in Monetizeit.net, you can log in, and your personal
account rep's name will appear on the top right of your page at all times. This
name is linked to your rep's direct email address, so that you have access to
him/her wherever you are. You can also contact your rep via IM or telephone
numbers supplied to you in your welcome email. If you have not yet applied to
the network, you may visit our contact page for information on how to reach us.
Where
can I get the HTML code for the banner to place on my site?
1.
Log into your account
2.
Click on "Offers" on the top navigation menu
3.
Once you see the offers list you can filter the offers by "Category" to
find the right offer to use.
4.
Click on the offer.
5.
View each banner, html creative and text creative for that offer by
clicking the "View" link next to each creative.
6.
Once you find the creative you like, click on "Get Code".
7.
Copy & paste that code into your web page where you would like the
banner to appear.
If you need help
with any of these steps, simply contact your Account Specialist by clicking on
his/her name at the top right of your page, under your account name.
If you would like to give the offer/creative an optional SubID for your
tracking purposes, you may do so by following these steps:
1.
Type SubId (can be alphanumeric)
2.
Click "Update Code"
3.
Copy & Paste code into your web page.
What
are the steps I need to take as ad advertiser to promote my offers on Monetizeit.net?
As a potential advertiser, you would need to contact our advertiser support
center to discuss your offers and their potential in our network. Email
advertiser@filinet.com with your contact details and the offer
details. Someone will contact you to discuss opportunities to advertise on
Monetizeit.net.
If
you are accepted into our network, we will then test your offer via email,
search and other campaigns to record the ROI. If the offer is a well converting
offer, then it will be set live on our network.
What
do you do to promote my offers on your network?
Once
your offer is accepted and set live, the Monetizeit.net team starts to promote to our
partners and affiliates.

The offer is
announced as a news item to every affiliate upon logging into our site.

The offer is
announced via our weekly Hotlist as a new offer.

Finally, the
offer is personally promoted to affiliates whose sites, audiences or
distribution methods match the offer.
